Release of Liability and Media Consent

This agreement releases Trophy Club Families from all liability relating to injury that may occur during any Trophy Club Families events or activities to myself or my family. I agree to hold Trophy Club Families free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred by me or my family, regardless of whether injuries were caused by negligence.

Additionally, I understand that photos and videos may be taken during Trophy Club Families events and activities. I grant permission for images or recordings of myself and my family to be captured and used for promotional, informational, or marketing purposes in print, online, and social media by Trophy Club Families, without expectation of compensation. I understand that if I do not wish for myself or my family to appear in photos or videos, it is my responsibility to notify Trophy Club Families in writing prior to the event, and reasonable efforts will be made to honor that request.

By agreeing to this release, I forfeit all right to bring suit against Trophy Club Families for any reason. In return, my family and I will be able to participate in Trophy Club Families events. My family and I will make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
